What is the Product Tree Game?
The Product Tree is a feature prioritization technique developed by our friends at Innovation Games, and it’s one of our favorite ways to decide what to work on next.
You might have heard it called Pruning the Product Tree, or the Product Tree Model, but whatever you call it, it’s a great way to work out priorities as a team. During the game, everyone gets a chance to bring up the priorities they feel are important for the future of the product. But which priorities will win?
