A very happy International Women’s Day to you all.

ProdPad is full of inspiring and wonderful people. Many of these people, including our CEO, Chief Customer Officer, Senior Product Manager, and Operations Director identify as women. A number of our female employees speak at conferences all over the world; acting as advocates for ProdPad and professional women in general.

#EachforEqual is the name for this year’s International Women’s Day campaign. The campaign aim is to encourages everyone to work towards a gender-equal world. At ProdPad we’re privileged to be able to take stock and reflect on how far gender equality (including: cis, fluid and non-binary) has come, particularly in the sectors we work closely in.

There is a long way to go before we achieve full gender equality. But, we will continue to play our part in supporting this, and raising awareness in any ways we can.
